On the Mission to Reform the Sport System

We help student-athletes break through mental barriers and unlock their true potential. Discover the philosophy, people, and process behind our mentorship.

We exist to kill the 'Suffering = Success' myth.

Most student-athletes are lied to. They are told that if they just 'eat glass' and grind 20 hours a week, they will win. I believed this lie for 15 years as a competitive fencer. It led to burnout, mediocrity, and resentment.

Performe.io exists to prove that High Performance is not about suffering—it is about Alignment.

We bridge the gap between your potential in practice and your reality in competition.

Our Philosophy

  1. Inputs > Outputs: We cannot control the referee or the opponent. We can only control our sleep, our nutrition, and our mental inputs.
  2. Deliberate Play: Grinding blindly destroys talent. The best athletes (like Curry or Phelps) look like they are playing. Fun is a weapon.
  3. Rest is a Weapon: If you aren't recovering, you aren't training. We treat sleep as the #1 performance metric.

The Story

It started on the fencing strip when I was 4 years old. By the time I was 16, I was obsessed. I wanted to be an Olympic Champion.

I did everything the traditional system told me to do. I trained hours a day, I sacrificed my social life, and I believed that if I just 'suffered' more than my opponents, I would win.

I was wrong.

In practice, I was a beast. In competition, I would freeze. The pressure to perform—to justify the money and time my family invested—crushed me. I realized the traditional advice of 'Just Grind Harder' was broken.

I stopped looking at my rivals and started looking at the outliers. I realized they weren't just working harder; they were operating on a different Mental Operating System.

I built Performe.io to be the resource I wish I had when I was 16. I want to save you from the years of frustration I went through, so you can stop guessing and start performing.
